The Excel Fitness Center is a location of the Boonslick Heartland YMCA (BHYMCA). Excel offers a variety of strength and cardio equipment located in a 24/7 fitness gym. This facility is not staffed at most times of the day and members are encouraged to contact the main Y location at 757 3rd Street, Boonville for assistance. To work out at the Excel Fitness Center, you must be a member of BHYMCA in good standing with the 24/7 upgrade on your membership.
The Excel Fitness Center does have a personal trainer, Canette Catlett, who has over 20 years of experience in the field of training. To inquire about personal training with Canette, please contact Christy at christyr@bhymca.org.

The Excel Center, a 24/7 facility, offers several pieces of cardio equipment, including treadmills and ellipticals, while also offering a variety of selectorized equipment to complete a full body workout. The facility does include squat racks and free weights along with a many equipment accessories so you may change up your workout as needed.

24/7 Access Upgrade
At BHYMCA we offer our members, 18 and older, the opportunity to upgrade their membership to 24/7 access. This upgrade allows you to visit the cardio and free weight areas of our Y at a time that fits your schedule. Upgrade in person at BHYMCA 3rd Street.
