AQUATIC CLASSES
Our aquatics program includes everything from beginner swim lessons and stroke workshops to fitness-focused water classes and lap swimming—perfectly designed for all ages and skill levels.
LAP SWIMMING
Available weekday mornings, individuals who prefer a more rigorous, solo aquatic workout may use the pool for lap swimming or water walk/jog during this time. The pool is not strictly lap lane use at this time.
SWIM LESSONS
At the Y, we believe swimming is an important life skill. Our Group and Private Swim lessons prepare individuals of all ages to be strong and confident swimmers. Using a skill based continuum in a safe environment, students learn to stay safe and have fun while in the water.
SWIM TEAM
Swimming on a team as a means of exercise is not limited to youth or Olympic Swimmers. By joining a Swim Team, swimmers focus on stroke technique and endurance which lead to physical, mental and social benefits.
