Our Fitness Classes welcome all ages and fitness levels. sometimes walking on a treadmill or lifting weights just isn’t enough: and it’s not always the most fun either! That’s why the we offers several complimentary fitness classes to help improve your fitness routine.
WELLNESS CHALLENGES
Our wellness challenges are designed to help you build healthy habits through simple daily goals focused on exercise, nutrition, hydration, and overall well-being. Each challenge typically lasts a few weeks and includes activities that support emotional and mental health, too.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Work with a Certified YMCA Personal Trainer to reach your personal fitness goals. An Active Facility Membership is required to participate in our Personal Training Program.
