Beginner
Ages 3 and up
This level is for children with limited experience in the pool or who hesitate to submerge their head under the water. These lessons will focus on floating front and back, getting comfortable getting their head under water, learning how to move away from the wall and back again, and jumping from the side of the pool.
**Must be toilet-trained.
Intermediate #1
This level is for children who have the ability of getting in the water by themselves, comfortable putting their face in the water with or without goggles, already float on their back and can move independently from the wall and back.
These lessons will focus on developing core strength, swim techniques for front crawl and using a kickboard.
Intermediate #2
This level must take an intermediate #1 prior to registration.
These lessons will continue focusing on water safety with each swimmer, comfortable putting their face in the water with or without goggles for a longer period of time, and up to 10 seconds, already float on their back and can move independently from the wall and back. These lessons will continue to focus on developing core strength and swim techniques.
